When a product reaches a customer damaged, there are a few losses going on. Sparkle Auto's first consideration is the customers inconvenience having to wait for a replacement. The product itself is typically not salvageable. There is a good deal of time to exchange product, reship and a fight to collect shipping insurance.

We are now fluffing up our shipments, watching our expenses and increasing customer satisfaction. Our new packaging system insures our product will do one thing... Get from point A to point B. That is "B" as in Beautiful, not Broken.

It cost us a little more in packing, but don't worry. Our prices will not show it.

HERE'S HOW WE DO IT!

	The foam is dispensed into a carton lined with a high-strength film.
	The film is folded over and the product is placed onto the film over the rising foam.
	A second sheet of film is placed over the product and more foam is dispensed.
	The box is closed, the foam expands and your product is shipped without incident.

The foam conforms to the box and product shape to insure no movement or breakage can occur.
	Multiple products are held in place throughout the packaging and shipping process. This process has set a new standard.
